Payment

When you contact us, please include your order details to facilitate identification and management. Once you have written to us, your cancellation will be effective from the date you send us the email or send us the letter.

If you decide to cancel your order within 15 days of delivery:

- You must return the products in a perfect state of conservation within 15 working days after you have communicated your desire for a return.

- keep in mind the labelling and packaging guidelines produced by the National Post Office or any other courier service used;

- We recommend that you obtain proof of shipping as we will not accept any responsibility for any product lost in your return transit,

If you used discount vouchers to pay for the products, we may refund you in coupons.

If you decide to return the products but do not send them to us within 15 working days of the notification of the cancellation, we will have the right to withhold the payment of any refund.

Money-back guarantee when you don't like the perfume purchased

For each online purchase (except for Discovery Sets) you will receive a 2.5ml sample of the same fragrance for you to give it a try. In case you do not like the fragrance, and as long as you keep the purchased product in perfect condition (keeping all its original packaging, including the outer cellophane), you can return the product to us and we will pay you the amount of your purchase, as well as the amount of return shipping.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

We are responsible to you for foreseeable losses and damages caused by us, during the preparation of orders or their shipment.

We only supply products for domestic and private use through this website.
