Shipping depends on the shipping area. During the purchase process, you will be able to know if there is any charge for your shipment before formalizing the purchase.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for you to check the status of your order.

With each online purchase (except Discovery Set) you will receive a sample of 2ml of the same fragrance for you to give it a try. If you do not like the fragrance you can return it and we will refund the amount of your purchase, as well as the cost you pay for the return shipping.

Please note that we will only accept the refund of your purchase if you don not have opened the saleable product and you send us the product back in perfect conditions, including the unbroken plastic seal/cellophane of the box.

You have fifteen (15) working days from the receipt of your product/s to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to state a reason, and without penalty, except for Discovery Sets, which are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns, exchanges and refunds will only be accepted when the product/s conserve their original packaging in perfect conditions (keeping all its original packaging, including the outer plastic seal/cellophane). Returns must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice.
